Trip to IL

Ethan and I took a little road trip back home to Freeport, IL. Ethan's Auntie Mimi also happened to be in town as well!!This was Ethan's first experience seeing a cat in person.Tigger was definitely a big hit with the little guy. He thought the cat was just the funniest thing ever.It was 80 degrees out one of the days...so we took a little adventure to Krape Park.Don't let him fool you...he was having fun! Haha!
Group shot.
Auntie Molly got a kick outta this, so did I.
Mommy & Ethan swinging at the park. He liked it, but was way more interested in the handles to the swing. For some reason they fascinated him.Ethan LOVES his Uncle Logan!! They had such a wonderful time playing. I think Ethan liked being around someone closer to his own size. Ethan met his Great-Grandma Michalski for the first time ever!He also got to meet his Great-Grandma Rutter for the first time too!Caught red-handed playing with the baby's toys...He even decided to hop into the exersaucer. HAHA!! I couldn't believe he could still get in there.
We took the boys to Rockford for a day of shopping. They kept each other company in the back seat. And as you may notice Ethan is finally in his 'big boy car seat'...he seems to be much happier in it!Crazy bath time hair.
Party in the bath tub!Uncle Logan holding Ethan. Right after this picture was taken Logan said "can you please get him off...my leg is hurting". I think Ethan weighs about half of what Logan does...poor guy!Auntie Mimi with my little super star!Grandpa Michalski with his little 'sidekick'. Ethan in his brand new outfit from his Auntie Mimi...pretty stylish! On our way home we stopped in Tomah, WI for dinner. Ethan decided to drive the rest of the way home.I LOVE MY LITTLE HUNNY BEAR!!!!
He was pretty relaxed as we enjoyed our dinner. OH, Ethan really likes the flavored star puffs from gerber graduates...it is so cute to watch him eat. AND one more big thing...he now has FOUR teeth. Everyday he is getting more and more like a little boy, and less like a baby. I am loving seeing him transform into such a handsome little guy. Yet kind of sad that my baby is not really a baby anymore...
