The O'Malleys: December 2008

Ahhh yes, we're finally back to blogging. And boy have we had an adventure these past 6-7 months. I'm sorry we have neglected our blog for so long. Ethan broke our computer which sadly held ALL of our pictures. By the time we had gotten my old computer I was so bummed about all of the pictures we had lost that I put blogging on the side for awhile. Any who I am proud to say we are back (and hopefully on a more regular basis like we used to be).

At the end of Ryan's football season players from all teams in the east/west division get nominated to play in an 'All-Star Game', which was held in Eau Claire, WI. Here is Ryan and the other players from his team who were picked to play!

He weighed in at a healthy 22lbs 11oz.

Unfortunately in July Ryan's Uncle Jerry passed away. These pictures were taken on the way home from his funeral...it was an extremely long day for the little guy.

On a happier note, I got to see two of my high school friends July 31st at the Mall of America.

Jess and Biz! Jess is now a school teacher on the south side of Chicago...what a saint. And Biz now resides here in MINNESOTA!!!

Awww, Biz is going to be such a wonderful mommy someday!

After lunch we HAD to do a little bit of shopping! Haha, Ethan was just along for the ride...

He ended up finding these grrrreat sunglasses!

These pictures were taken August 1st and at that time this kid was pulling himself up and walking around like crazy. (He was 10months old.) Although he walked around holding onto the couch and other various items...he didn't actually walk until about a month later.

I went a little crazy taking pictures this particular day...haha! I used to love spiking his hair...so cute! (Now his hair is much shorter.)

Gotta luv his little yogurt face...every time he wanted more he'd scooch closer on his car.

Ethan LOVES his Papa Frankie!! In these pictures they were playing around looking in the mirror at Nana's house.

Ethan and I took our very first ride on a city bus together!!! We took the city bus shuttle to the state fair...my first time going since the time I lost my little sister. Don't worry, I didn't loose Ethan! (8/22/08)

He wasn't too sure about drinking out of the cup...he was more interested in getting ice for his teether.

After much convincing he drank from the cup....aaand took a bite out of the cup.

We went to the state fair a total of 4x's!! It was a great place to walk around, definitely not a boring place.

My good friend from St.Kate's had a baby so we finally made it out to visit her family.

ETHAN'S FIRST BIRTHDAY!!!! October 3rd, 2008.
